Your health is connected.
Your care should be too.
Your sleep, food, mood, teeth, eyes and physical health all deserve attention. We bring 15 areas of adult health into one conversation, so concerns are considered together and the next steps make sense.
Your named doctor and care team help connect the advice, arrange appropriate care and follow up on what needs attention.
01Everyday medical care
New symptoms, existing conditions, medicines and the questions you want a doctor to help you understand.
02Food, nutrition and weight
Eating habits that fit your life, support with weight, and assessment of nutritional deficiencies when there is a clinical reason.
03Mental wellbeing
Space to discuss stress, anxiety, mood and how you are coping, with support and further care when needed.
04Sleep and energy
Trouble sleeping, snoring or feeling tired during the day, considered alongside your wider health.
05Teeth and gums
Oral health, preventive dental care and help arranging the examinations or treatment you need.
06Eyes and vision
Changes in sight, eye symptoms and appropriate eye examinations, including needs linked to existing conditions.
07Heart and blood pressure
Blood pressure, cholesterol and family history, brought together to understand and manage your heart health.
08Diabetes, thyroid and hormones
Symptoms, relevant risks and ongoing conditions, with tests and specialist advice chosen for your needs.
09Sexual and reproductive health
Private conversations about periods, contraception, menopause, sexual function, fertility concerns and sexual health.
10Movement, joints and pain
Back or joint pain, strength, mobility and recovery, with physiotherapy or further assessment where useful.
11Skin, hair and nails
Rashes, acne, hair loss or changes that concern you, with examination and specialist advice when needed.
12Digestion, kidneys and urinary health
Digestive discomfort, bowel or urinary changes and existing kidney conditions that need attention.
13Hearing, breathing and ENT
Hearing changes, ear or sinus concerns, allergies and breathing symptoms, with appropriate examination or tests.
14Prevention and screening
A review of vaccines, family risks and screening appropriate to your age, history and circumstances.
15Healthy ageing and complex care
Mobility, memory concerns, multiple medicines and care after hospital treatment, with support for coordinating the next steps.
We begin by reviewing these areas with you, understanding your history and concerns, and agreeing what needs attention. Examinations, tests and specialist appointments depend on your needs and consent. Reviewing an area does not rule out every illness or mean every treatment is included.
“I keep feeling tired.”
Where do you start?

What is Better Health?
Better Health is a proposed preventive healthcare membership for adults aged 18+ in Jaipur. A named doctor and care team connect 15 areas of health in one plan, from everyday medical care, sleep and nutrition to mental wellbeing, teeth and eyes. A physical clinic and app support that care, with the team helping arrange the next steps and follow up.
How much does the membership cost?
The proposed price is ₹9,999/mo + 18% GST, billed annually, per adult aged 18+. The membership page lists included visits, tests and support, along with services that cost extra. 18% GST is additional. Final membership terms will be confirmed before enrolment.
Will there be a physical clinic in Jaipur?
Yes. The model includes a physical Jaipur clinic for consultations, examinations and planned care sessions. External partners handle laboratory tests and sample collection. The clinic is being planned; its address, opening date and clinical team have not been announced.
Does this replace health insurance?
No. Better Health is designed for preventive and ongoing outpatient care. It does not pay hospital bills or insurance premiums. Emergency treatment, surgery and hospitalisation are paid separately, either by you or through your insurance.
Is Better Health available today?
Early-access signups are open for adults aged 18+ in Jaipur. Register your interest to hear about the launch. Paid memberships, appointments and clinical services are not available yet, and no payment is collected.
How does the team take responsibility throughout the year?
Your doctor oversees the care plan, and your coordinator keeps track of appointments, results and follow-ups. Together, you agree when to check in. You make decisions with your team, while they take on the work of arranging care.
Do I get every test and every specialist?
No. We review 15 areas of health to understand what needs attention. That does not mean 15 specialist appointments or every available test. Your history, concerns and clinical needs guide examinations, tests and referrals. Your care team brings the findings into one plan. The membership page explains the included consultations, test scope and treatment that costs extra.
What happens if I need surgery or hospital care?
Your team would help arrange a referral, share the relevant records and follow up during recovery. Hospital treatment and surgery are paid separately, either by you or through your insurance.
What if I have an emergency?
Seek immediate emergency care rather than waiting for an app reply. Better Health is designed for ongoing outpatient care and does not replace an emergency department or hospital insurance.
